Yummy!!

I think I'm just going to stick to the one blog.

We tried this today and it was sooo good!! It was a little spicy for the kids, but I had beet greens on the side to keep the heat to a minimum. This is definitely a keeper!

And it was REALLY easy! I thought afterwords, peas would have tasted good in there. I love peas. Oh and I didn't bother crumbling the sausage. I first boiled it to eliminate much of the grease, then I sliced and browned it. Crumbling would have been too much work.
