I handed out Christmas gifts today ... orange truffles. Lindsay suggested I blog the recipe, so enjoy!! This is my personal creation by the way and the best part is, you don't need high quality chocolate for these to be delicious.
12 ounces Nestle's Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp PURE Orange Extract
mix all ingredients and melt over double broiler.
pour into mini candy foil cups.
refrigerate.
exercise self control!! I'm having trouble with this step.
